Strong chest muscle stretch

This exercise stretches the chest muscles strongly; avoid doing it if you are suffering from any shoulder strain.

Hold your arm up at 125 degrees, with the forearm resting against a doorframe, the leg on the same side forward, and the other arm behind the back.

Maintain good alignment from your neck to your heel, and move your body forward, feeling the stretch in the front of the shoulder and the chest.

Hold for a count of 10, breathing out, then release, and perform on the other side.

Repeat the exercise.
