Exercises At Home

This sequence is best performed towards the end of the day when stretching is most effective, and spinal decompression most beneficial. Extra care should be taken if performed in the morning.

You will need a yoga mat, a pillow, a 7″ gym ball and a strip of gym band. Try to establish a daily habit, but avoid the period immediately after eating.

The stretches should be gentle and prolonged, rather than hard and fast. If you experience undue pain, proceed cautiously and consider seeing an Osteopath or other health professional for advice.
