Full Body Stretch

This exercise promotes full spinal mobility, as well as stimulating breathing and digestion.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, breathing in as you lift your arms up into a whole body stretch, with your spine slightly arched.

As you breathe out, tighten your abdominal muscles and lean forward towards the floor as far as you are comfortable. Maintain the stretch for a count of 5, then as you breathe out, compress your navel again and roll back up to the starting position.

Repeat the stretch.
