Wrist Exercise

This exercise promotes wrist mobility and local blood circulation.


Holding the back of one hand with the other, stretch the arm straight and gently bend the wrist with the palm facing downwards. Hold this for 5, feeling the stretch in the back of the forearm.

Now holding the palm, stretch the arm straight, gently bending the wrist back with the palm facing upwards. Hold for 5, feeling the stretch in the front of the forearm, and do the same with the other arm.
