Neck Exercise

This exercise supports general neck mobility and circulation.

Sitting upright, tuck your chin in towards your throat, rather than bend your neck forward. Hold for 5, feeling a stretch in the short muscles under the back of your head.
Look up and down slowly and smoothly, ensuring you don’t go beyond a comfortable stretch.

Look right and left in the same manner.

Holding the side of the chair with one hand, tilt your head towards the opposite shoulder.

Do the same on the other side, and repeat the exercise.
