Leg Stretches

This exercise stretches leg muscles shortened by prolonged sitting.

Sit away from your desk and to the front of your chair. Stretch one leg straight to a count of 5, lifting your toes and pushing your heel away, feeling the stretch in the back of the leg. Do the same with the other leg, and repeat on each side.
