Eye Exercise

This exercise relieves eye strain from fixed-focus screen work.

Keeping both eyes wide open, cup them tightly in the palms of your hands to create a dark chamber sealing out light. Maintain the dark chamber for 30 seconds, and then slowly release to allow your eyes to re-adjust.
